SILENCES: A NOVEL OF THE 1918 FINNISH CIVIL WAR is now available at the Finnish Bookstore! Part of The Kitchen Nook (which has a gift registry and lots of cool things), the Finnish Bookstore is conveniently located at Bay and Algoma.
Much of SILENCES is set in Port Arthur (as it was then) in the summer of 1955, so it's possible to tour some of the locations mentioned in the book.
